Using templates, the artisans layer colored sand onto the glass, creating intricate linear designs. After layering, a second clear glass piece is added to form a sandwich. The assembly is then carefully kiln-fired at high temperatures, fusing the layers and producing exquisite works of art. Beautifully displayed individually or as a triptych.
